QUALITY UNDERSTANDING IN FATOĞLU
As a firm, which has adopted quality product, uninterrupted service
and customer satisfaction, the Fatoğlu Gıda Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. started
quality studies in 1997. The firm, which aims to become an institution,
realized its first studies in institutionalization and quality by making
work analyses and organization studies. After the organization structure
is approved by the high administration the activities of the sections
have been scrutinized and processed. By determining the weak points
with the studies made and with the data obtained and by giving support
it has been become strong condition. Our goal with our employee was
to reach to the determined targets and catch the perfection and for
this reason the TS EN ISO 902 quality assurance certificate has been
obtained by working together with team sprit. In the later studies,
it was aimed to obtain 14001-environment management system certificate
by giving importance to the total quality studies.
For being a leader in our product and service area in quality and domestic
and foreign market, the policy of our firm is to ensure the quality
level that can meet the first and continuous necessities and expectations
of our customers.
Followings are our principles accepted by us to realize this policy
of us:
- We must increase the level of the quality by customer satisfaction,
- We must decrease the costs and increase profitability,
- We must increase productivity by making protective maintenance,
- We are a team. We must behave each other with confidence and respect,
- We must always attach importance to the training,
- To promote the level of quality in a way to be able to increase the
customer satisfaction,
- We must activate the labor security-labor health rules,
- We must protect natural environment,
- We must take continuous development as a principle.

QUALITY TARGETS OF THE FATOĞLU;
The quality target desired to obtain as Fatoğlu Group;
To ensure 100 % customer satisfaction by producing the products with
lowest quality cost and in accordance with all determined requirement,
specifications and legal obligations and delivering to the customer
in requested time and conditions is the main target of Fatoğlu Gıda
San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
To be able to reach this target, for removing all factors that are the
sources of the mistake and/or delay, performing continuous development
activities have been taken as base.
Fatoglu Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has planned to reach its main target
step by step by establishing numeric and measurable intermediate targets.
These intermediate targets are determined and monitored by unit superiors
in the monthly meetings.
